A through R are one gun until you pick three

Blaster Kit is a row of sci-fi guns lettered A through R, all in the same plastic language. In a player’s hands they read as variants of one weapon, not as eighteen weapons. A foam bullet, a thick foam bullet, clips, crates, two grenades, scopes, silencers, a puff of smoke and a target that breaks into fragments live in the same pack, and none of them are on this page, because their names do not start with blaster. Open any gun and the “more from this pack” list is where the ammunition is.

That is a shooter, not a sword fight. The arena shooter template starts from a gun in a small space, which is the only way this kit earns its keep: one blaster, one foam bullet, one target. The shooter landing page is the same argument in longer form. The genre guide files it under shooters. The swords, the ballista and the cannon are a different page, weapons, and mixing them with these blasters makes both look like props from the wrong game.

No collection claims this pack. Its tags are blaster, weapon and target, and none of those are collection rules. The corridors it belongs in are the space collection. Change the silhouette first. Pick three letters that read differently at the size the player sees them — a short one, a long one, one with a scope — and leave the other fifteen in the pack. Eighteen guns on a rack is a catalogue. Three guns is an arsenal.

Ask Flockbay, in a chat started from the arena-shooter template, to put blaster C in the player’s hands and stand the large target ten paces away with a foam bullet already in the air between them. Then press Play and look at the bullet, not the gun. If the bullet is the size of the player, the gun was never the problem. Kenney published the kit as CC0, so the game you sell can keep the one you chose.
