Five sports are sharing a shelf

Racing, marble, coaster, rollercoaster, golf and skateboard are the tags. Coaster Kit is the rides. Marble Kit is a marble run: splines, supports, helices. Minigolf Kit is holes, ramps and flags. Racing Kit is roads and cars. Mini Skate is rails and a small park. A marble, a putt, a grind and a lap are four verbs. The collection lists them together because Kenney’s tags overlap a folder called racing, and a player will not forgive you for a minigolf hole in the middle of a circuit unless the game is explicitly about that.

The templates are as split as the packs. Arcade racer for the roads. Golf for the holes. Skateboarding for the rails. There is no marble-run template and no coaster template. The tycoon is the nearest home for a park full of rides, and it is a management loop, not a lap. The racing page is the landing for the cars. The genre guide lists racing and sports together, which is the same crowded shelf, one level up. The category pages are coasters and rails. The toy-car loop is not here. Toy Car Kit is tagged toy and vehicle, not racing. It is the track page.

Choose the verb, then delete the other kits from the scene. A race wants one road and one car before it wants a banner. A minigolf hole wants one ramp, one hole and one flag. A skate park wants one rail at knee height. A coaster wants one family’s track closed into a circuit. Banners and flags, which show up all over these packs, are the detail you add when the path exists. They do not make a path.

From the arcade-racer template, ask Flockbay for a short Racing Kit road and one car, with the marble run, the minigolf hole, the skate rail and the coaster left packed. Drive it in Play. If the surface is a spline or a putting green, the wrong pack won, and you name the pack you saw. Kenney’s kits are CC0. The marble run is a delightful game and a bad corner on a racetrack.
