The tag says character, so the grey boxes came too

Any pack tagged character or people contributes every model it contains. Prototype Kit is tagged character, so its grey walls, numbers, shapes, indicators and a handful of animals are in this collection. Pirate Kit is tagged character, so the ships and the docks are here as well as whatever crew the pack has. The people you can actually point at are elsewhere in the list: Blocky Characters A through R, Mini Characters’ men and women plus their canes, glasses, masks and wheelchairs, and three animated packs that are each a mesh plus idle, jump and run. Graveyard’s ghost and zombie are on the character category because of their names, and in the halloween collection because of their pack.

An action RPG wants one blocky body and the clips that make it walk, not Prototype Kit’s numbered blocks. A life sim wants the mini people, wheelchairs included if the room is honest about who lives there. The landing pages are the RPG maker and the RPG game maker. The genre guide is the index. Models whose names start with character are listed on their own page. The cube animals are not in this collection. Their tags are pet and animal, so they are the animal page.

What to change first is to ignore everything in this collection that is not a body. The ships have a collection of their own, under vehicles. The grey boxes are blockout, and blockout that survives into a character scene looks like the character failed to load. Second, attach the clips. The idle, jump and run files are not costumes and not extra people. A mesh without them slides. The mini pack’s mobility aids are props a person holds or sits in, and they are a better first detail than a second identical body.

From the action-RPG template, tell Flockbay to place one blocky character and to drive it with the idle, jump and run from Animated Characters Protagonists, and to leave the prototype shapes and the pirate ships out of the room. Walk in Play. If the body slides, the clips were not used, and you say the mesh and the clips are different files. Kenney published the packs as CC0. A second person is the start of a crowd, and a crowd is a later problem than a walk.
