Creature horror template
One building and one monster that obeys a rule, usually sound. Alien: Isolation (Creative Assembly, 2014) is that rule for a whole ship. What to change first
Make a noise on purpose and watch the monster come. Then be quiet and watch it leave. If it arrives on a timer instead, the rule is a cutscene. A gun is how you stop testing the rule.
